SPINE STRETCH

Estiramiento vertebral apoyado en la pared

STARTING POSITION:

Sit on the floor and place your back on the wall. Extend your legs and place your arms straight on the wall. Your hands should be at your head height. Make sure your entire column is in contact with the wall. Make sure you don't move your trunk while you perform the exercise.

MOVEMENT:

Maintain the stretch during the required time.

TIPS: You should feel the stretch of the muscles but not pain.
