SCIATIC NERVE SLIDER

Movilización del nervio ciático

STARTING POSITION:

Lie down on your back. Grab your right knee in front of you.

MOVEMENT:

Slowly straighten your leg until you feel the stretch in your hamstring. Move your toes towards you and extend your neck at the same time. Move then the toes towards the roof and flex your neck at the same time.

TIPS: You should feel the stretch of the muscles but not pain.
