NECK EXTENSIONS AND SHOULDER RETRACTIONS ON BENCH

STARTING POSITION:

Lie on a flat bench facing the floor and let the head hang outside the bench. Place your arms at the sides of your body.

MOVEMENT:

Extend your neck and retract your shoulders until your head is parallel to the floor. Return to the starting position in a smooth movement.
