SIDE LYING HIP FLEXIONS

Flexión de tronco y de caderas en apoyo lateral

STARTING POSITION:

Lie on your right side and place your right elbow under the shoulder. Straighten your legs. Contract your pelvic floor and core.

MOVEMENT:

Move your feet together towards the roof while you exhale. Return to the starting position while you inhale. Repeat the movement for the specified amount of repetitions and then repeat with the other side. While your are doing the exercise, move only the legs, make sure you don't move any other part of your body.

TIPS: You can increase the level of the exercise adding wheight on your ankle.
