BODY ROLLS WITH STRAIGHTARMS AND LEGS

STARTING POSITION:

Lie down on your back and raise your feet and arms off the floor. Your low back should be in contact of the floor.

MOVEMENT:

Using your core muscles roll on yourself to position your body facing the floor. You should do the exercise avoiding the contact of the arms and feet with the floor. Return to the starting position and perform the exercise towards the other side.

TIPS: Your head should always be in a neutral position.
