Sentadilla y salto con Trx


Suspend your TRX at around knee height. Grab the handles in each hand and lean back. Maintain your body in a straight line and your arms fully extended retracting your shoulder blades. Contract your pelvic floor and core while keep your body straight.


Bend the knees and move your butt back, lowering your legs until your thighs are parallel to the floor while you inhale. Pressing mainly from your heels, extend your hips and knees performing a jump while you exhale.

TIPS: Make sure your knees are always pointing towards the toes. Focus on always having your weight on the entire soles of your feet. Your head and chest should always look forward.
