TRAPEZIUS STRETCH

Estiramiento de trapecio y cuello con brazo en la espalda

STARTING POSITION:

Stand straight with your feet shoulder width apart. Grab your right wrist with your left hand behind your back and straighten your arms.

MOVEMENT:

Slowly incline your head to your left side until you feel the stretch in your trapezius. Maintain the stretch during the required time and then return to the starting position. Then switch the arm.

TIPS: You should feel the stretch of the muscles but not pain.
