STARTING POSITION:

Select the appropriate plates amount to put them on the barbell. Put the barbell on the traps and grab it firmly with your hands. Stand straight, spread your feet at shoulder width apart with a step at your left side. Contract your pelvic floor and core while keeping your chest up.

MOVEMENT:

Place the entire sole of your right foot on the step. Pressing mainly from your right heel, step up on the box in a fast movement and raise your left knee. Step down with a smooth movement on the other side and repeat the exercise with the other leg.

TIPS: Make sure your knees are always pointing towards the toes. Focus on always having your weight on the entire soles of your feet. Your head and chest should always look forward.
