Stand straight with your feet shoulder width apart. Grab a stick with your hands at shoulder width apart and place it just above your head with your elbows extended.
Slowly move your belly to the right and move the arms to the left until you feel the stretch in your oblique and back muscles while you exhale. Maintain the stretch during the required time and then return to the starting position while you inhale. Repeat the movement towards the other side.TIPS: You should feel the stretch of the muscles but not pain.
