Soleus stretch

Estiramiento de soleo de pie

STARTING POSITION:

Find a wall to place your hands in front of you. Put your right foot near the wall and your left foot just behind you.

MOVEMENT:

Bend your left knee without raising your heel until you feel the stretch in your soleus. Hold the position during the required time and then do the exercise with the other leg.

TIPS: Everytime that you exhale, try to bend more your knee.
