HIGH KNEE SKIPS

Flexión de caderas alternas hacia el codo contrario

STARTING POSITION:

Stand straight with your feet shoulder width apart.

MOVEMENT:

In one movement, move your right elbow and your left knee to put them together while your exhale. Return to the starting position with a smooth movement while you inhale. Repeat the movement with the other arm and leg.

TIPS: The exercise key is quality over quantity. The trick is to perform the exercise using proper form.
