FEET AND SOLEUS STRETCH

Estiramiento para soleo y pies

STARTING POSITION:

Get on your knees on a mat. Sit on your heels, your toes should point forward.

MOVEMENT:

Slowly move your heels backwards until you feel the stretch in your soleus. Maintain the stretch during the required time.

TIPS: You should feel the stretch of the muscles but not pain.
