DORSIFLEXION MOBILISATION

Movilización para dorsiflexión de tobillo

STARTING POSITION:

Get on your right knee and place your knees at 90º. Place your left foot next to your right knee.

MOVEMENT:

Slowly move your left knee forward as much as you can. Make sure you don't raise the heel. Maintain the stretch during the required time and then do it with the other ankle.

TIPS: You should feel the stretch of the muscles but not pain. Do the exercise without shoes.
