Activación del trapecio inferior

STARTING POSITION:

Lie on a mat and place your forehead on it.

MOVEMENT:

Slowly move your chin towards your chest and retract your shoulder blades. Make sure the forehead is in the same position during the movement of the neck. Repeat the movement for the specified amount of repetitions.

TIPS: The exercise key is quality over quantity. The trick is to perform the exercise using proper form.
