DIAGONAL CIRCUMDUCTION OF THE HEAD

Circunducción diagonal de la cabeza

STARTING POSITION:

Stand straight with your feet shoulder width apart.

MOVEMENT:

Slowly move your head so your chin point towards your right shoulder. Move your head diagonally up and to the left. Repeat the movement for the specified amount of repetitions and then do it towards the other side.

TIPS: The exercise key is quality over quantity. The trick is to perform the exercise using proper form.
