Doble barbilla con retraccion escapular

STARTING POSITION:

Stand straight.

MOVEMENT:

Slowly move your chin backwards and retract your shoulder blades. Make sure the forehead point to the same place during the movement of the neck. Repeat the movement for the specified amount of repetitions.

TIPS: The exercise key is quality over quantity. The trick is to perform the exercise using proper form.
