Weight loss training, 8 exercises that work on big muscle groups. It is a circuit workout and we will perform each exercise for 20 seconds and 8 seconds of rest. Depending on our fitness level we will do between 1 and 3 laps. It will take approximately 4 minutes to do each lap.
