Goal

Advanced training for arms, during the 40 minutes you will take your arms to the limit. At the end of the session, do at least 10 minutes of stretching, especially for the arms and shoulders.
Lying dumbbell tricep extension
3 Sets   12 repeticiones   30 rest sec.
SEATED FRENCH PRESS WITH BAR
3 Sets   12 repeticiones   3 rest sec.
Bench dips
4 Sets   8 repeticiones   30 rest sec.
Ez-bar curl
3 Sets   10 repeticiones   30 rest sec.
Alternating dumbbell biceps curls
