Stand quadriceps stretch

Estiramiento de cu√°driceps de pie

STARTING POSITION:

Stand straight with your feet shoulder width apart. Grab the dorsum of your right foot behind you.

MOVEMENT:

Slowly move your belly forward and pull the foot up until you feel the stretch in your quadriceps while you exhale. Maintain the stretch during the required time and then return to the starting position while you inhale. Then switch the leg.

TIPS: You should feel the stretch of the muscles but not pain.
