PERONEAL STRETCH ON BENCH

Estiramiento de peroneos pie apoyado en banco

STARTING POSITION:

Stand straight with your feet at shoulder widht appart and place a bench next to your legs. Place the external part of the right foot on the bench

MOVEMENT:

Slowly move your right ankle towards the floor until you feel the stretch in your peroneal muscle. Maintain the stretch during the required time and then do it with the other side.

TIPS: You should feel the stretch of the muscles but not pain.
