WATER BOTTLES SHOULDER FLY

STARTING POSITION:

Take two bottles of water. Stand up straight with a bottle in each hand on either side of your hips. Maintaining the natural arch of your back, lean forward until your torso is parallel to the floor. You can bend the knees slightly.

MOVEMENT:

Lift the dumbbells to your sides until your arms are parallel to the floor while you exhale. Return to the starting position in a smooth movement while you inhale. While your are doing the exercise, move only the arms, make sure you don't move any other part of your body.

TIPS: During the descent, focus on slow and controlled movement.
