STARTING POSITION:

Sit on a chair with your feet at shoulder width apart.

MOVEMENT:

Push the floor mainly with your heels. Maintain the tension during the required time. Relax the muscles and repeat the exercise.

TIPS: Make sure your knees are always pointing towards the toes. Your head and chest should always look forward.
