INTERNAL ROTATION STRETCH AT DOOR FRAME

Estiramiento hombro: rotación interna

STARTING POSITION:

Stand straight next to a door frame and with your right shoulder pointing it. Place your right hand behind your low back and the elbow in contact with the frame.

MOVEMENT:

Slowly turn your body towards your right side until you feel the stretch in your shoulder. Maintain the stretch during the required time and then do it with the other arm.

TIPS: You should feel the stretch of the muscles but not pain.
