AROM KNEE-FOOT SLIDES

Flexión activa de rodilla

STARTING POSITION:

Lie on your back on a mat and extend your arms and legs.

MOVEMENT:

Slide right heel on the mat towards your butt. Return to the starting position with a smooth movement. Repeat the movement for the specified amount of repetitions and then switch sides and repeat with the other leg.

TIPS: Focus on slow and controlled movement.
