GLUTEAL STRETCH

Estiramiento de gluteo

STARTING POSITION:

Sit on the floor. Place your right ankle and knee in front of you on the floor. Your knee should be around 90º. Place your left leg behind you and your hands on the floor in front of you.

MOVEMENT:

Slowly move your chest forward until you feel the stretch in your right glute. Make sure you don't arch the back. Maintain the stretch during the required time and then do it with the other side.

TIPS: You should feel the stretch of the muscles but not pain.
