HANDS UP HIP STRETCH IN LADDER

Estiramiento extensores de cadera,  brazos estirados y una pierna elevada

STARTING POSITION:

Stand straight with your feet shoulder width apart in front of a ladder.

MOVEMENT:

Place your right heel on the ladder around the height of your hip and raise your arms as much as you can. Maintain the stretch during the required time and return to the starting position. Then switch the leg.

TIPS: You should feel the stretch of the muscles but not pain.
