Overhead tricep stretch

Estiramiento de tríceps detrás de la cabeza

STARTING POSITION:

Stand straight with your feet shoulder width apart. Place your right arm behind your head and grab it from the elbow with your left hand.

MOVEMENT:

Slowly pull your elbow toward the floor until you feel the stretch in your triceps. Maintain the stretch during the required time and then return to the starting position. Then switch the arm.

TIPS: You should feel the stretch of the muscles but not pain.
