STANDING ADDUCTOR STRETCH

Estiramiento de aductores de pie con piernas abiertas

STARTING POSITION:

Stand up straight with your feet at shoulder width apart and your hands on either side of your hips. Contract your pelvic floor and core while keep your body straight.

MOVEMENT:

Slowly spread your legs as much as you can. Keep the toes facing forward. Maintain the stretch during the required time and then return to the starting position.

TIPS: You should feel the stretch of the muscles but not pain. Your head and chest should always look forward.
