Advanced circuit at home: Dumbbells and bench

Goal

This training is a hard challenge. We will work in a 7 exercises circuit without rest. The goal is to improve the strength. The duration is approximately 45-50 minutes. We will alternate an exercise performed by time with another performed by repetitions. No rest between exercises and sets. Do stretching exercises at the en of the session.
