YOGA: POSE HEAD-TO-KNEE

Yoga: Postura del Sauce

STARTING POSITION:

Sit on the floor and fully extend your left leg. Place your right foot next to your left knee. Grab your left foot with both hands. Move your head and chest towards your left leg as close as you can. Your right knee should be as close as possible to the floor.

MOVEMENT:

Hold the position during the required time. Then switch the side.

TIPS: You should feel the stretch of the muscles but not pain.
