Yoga: Postura del bebe feliz

STARTING POSITION:

Lie on your back and raise your feet towards the roof. Grab the palm of your feet from outside. Keep the shoulders far from the ears retracting your shoulder blades and relax your back.

MOVEMENT:

Hold the position during the required time.

TIPS: Focus on slow and controlled movement.
