Yoga: Postura del niño

STARTING POSITION:

Kneel on the floor, place your hands on the floor in front of you and sit on your heels. Relax your back muscles and put your head between your shoulders.

MOVEMENT:

Hold the position during the required time. Then switch the side.

TIPS::
You should feel the stretch of the muscles but not pain.
