WRIST FLEXOR STRETCH (SHORT)

Estiramiento de flexores de muñeca.

STARTING POSITION:

Stand straight with your feet at shoulder width apart. Grab your right hand and fingers with your left hand.

MOVEMENT:

Slowly extend your right wrist with your left hand until you feel the stretch in your right wrist flexors. Maintain the stretch during the required time and then return to the starting position. Then switch the hand.

TIPS: You should feel the stretch of the muscles but not pain.
