WRIST EXTENSORS STRETCH

Estiramiento de antebrazo de pie

STARTING POSITION:

Stand straight with your feet shoulder width apart. Move your right arm in front of you and grab your right hand with your left hand. Your right palm should face the floor.

MOVEMENT:

Pull the dorsum of your right hand to flex your wrist. Maintain the stretch during the required time and then return to the starting position. Then switch the arm.

TIPS: You should feel the stretch of the muscles but not pain.
