Estiramiento para trapecio superior

STARTING POSITION:

Stand straight with your feet shoulder width apart. Grab the left side of your head with your right hand.

MOVEMENT:

Slowly pull with your hand the head to the right and depress your left shoulder at the same time. Maintain the stretch during the required time and then return to the starting position. Then switch the side.

TIPS: You should feel the stretch of the muscles but not pain.
