TRUNK ROTATIONS WITH STICK

Giros de cintura con barra o pica

STARTING POSITION:

Find a stick and place it on the traps grabbing it firmly with your hands. Stand straight, spread your feet at shoulder width apart and put your toes slightly out. Contract your pelvic floor and core while keeping your chest up.

MOVEMENT:

Turn your body towards your right side by rotating your trunk. Return to the starting position and turn your body to the other side.

TIPS: Make sure you don't move the legs during the rotations.
