SUPINE WRIST ROLLER

Enrollar cuerda con mancuerna en supinación

STARTING POSITION:

Select the appropriate weight to put on the wrist roller. Stand straight with your feet shoulder width apart. Grab the wrist roller and lift it in front of you with your arms straight. Use a supine grip.

MOVEMENT:

Start rolling the roller by bending your wrists until the rope is fully rolled. Return to the starting position in a smooth movement.

TIPS: Maintain the position of the arms.
