STARTING POSITION:

Stand straight with your feet shoulder width apart. Squat down and surround your knees with your arms.

MOVEMENT:

Place your head between your legs. Maintain the stretch during the required time and then return to the starting position.

TIPS: You should feel the stretch of the muscles but not pain.
