STARTING POSITION:

Suspend your TRX at around knee height. Grab the handles with a prone grip and place your legs together behind you. Your position should look like a push up position. Move the body so the handles are next to your ribs. The TRX ropes should be between your arms and ribs. Contract your pelvic floor and core while keep your body straight.

MOVEMENT:

Step back with your right leg lowering your body until your knee almost touches the floor. Pressing with your left foot, move your body forward to fully extend your left leg and move your right knee as high as you can. Return to the starting position in a smooth movement. Repeat the movement for the specified amount of repetitions and then switch sides and repeat with the other leg.

TIPS: The exercise key is quality over quantity. The trick is to perform the exercise using proper form. Don't let the hips go down.
