SIDE LYING OBLIQUE V UP CRUNCHES

STARTING POSITION:

Lie on your right side and place your right hand in front of you on the floor. Straighten your legs and put your feet together. You can put your left hand behind your head. Squeeze your abdominal and oblique muscles.

MOVEMENT:

Raise your torso and your legs together at the same time while you exhale. Return to the starting position in a smooth movement while you inhale. Repeat the movement for the specified amount of repetitions and then repeat with the other side.

TIPS: Focus on slow and controlled movement.
