SHOULDER INTERNAL ROTATION STRETCH

Estiramiento de hombro: rotación interna

STARTING POSITION:

Stand straight with your feet shoulder width apart. Move your right hand behind your neck and grab it with your left hand from behind your back.

MOVEMENT:

Slowly pull the left hand upwards until you feel the stretch in your left shoulder. Maintain the stretch during the required time and then switch sides and repeat the exercise.

TIPS: You should feel the stretch of the muscles but not pain.
