SEATED ADDUCTOR STRETCH

STARTING POSITION:

Sit on a mat and place the entire sole of your feet together. Grab the ankles and straight your back.

MOVEMENT:

Slowly move your knees toward the floor until you feel the stretch in your adductor muscles. Maintain the stretch during the required time and then return to the starting position.

TIPS: You should feel the stretch of the muscles but not pain.
