SCAPULAR CONTROL IN SCAPTION

Control escapular en el plano de la escapula

STARTING POSITION:

Find a wall to do the exercise. Put a fitball between your right hand and the wall. Straighten your arm and retract your shoulder blade. Your arm should be parallel to the floor. Spread your feet at shoulder width apart and put your toes slightly out. Contract your pelvic floor and core while keeping your chest up.

MOVEMENT:

Draw the letters A and Z moving your right hand while pressing the fitball against the wall. Repeat the movement for the specified amount of repetitions, then switch sides and repeat with the other arm.

TIPS: The exercise key is quality over quantity. The trick is to perform the exercise using proper form. Your head and chest should always look forward.
