REVERSE PRAYER STRETCH

Estiramiento rezar inverso

STARTING POSITION:

Stand straight with your feet shoulder width apart. Place the dorsum of your hands together in front of your chest.

MOVEMENT:

Move your hands up until you feel the stretch in your forearm muscles. Your fingers should always point down. Maintain the stretch during the required time.

TIPS: You should feel the stretch of the muscles but not pain.
