Rear deltoid stretch

Estiramiento de hombro con brazo en aducción horizontal

STARTING POSITION:

Stand straight with your feet shoulder width apart. Grab your right elbow with your left hand.

MOVEMENT:

Slowly pull your elbow toward your chest until you feel the stretch in your deltoid. Maintain the stretch during the required time and then return to the starting position. Then switch the arm.

TIPS: You should feel the stretch of the muscles but not pain.
