MEDIAN NERVE SLIDER

Prueba de provocación del nervio mediano.

STARTING POSITION:

Stand straight with your feet at shoulder width apart. Do a lateral flexion with the neck towards the left side. Raise your right arm extended to your right side until is parallel to the floor. Your fingers should point backwards.

MOVEMENT:

Bend your elbow maintaining the rest of your body in the same position. Return to the starting position in a smooth movement. Repeat the movement for the specified amount of repetitions and then repeat with the other arm.

TIPS: The exercise key is quality over quantity. The trick is to perform the exercise using proper form.
