STARTING POSITION:

Lie down facing the floor and place your hands in front of you.

MOVEMENT:

At the same time, raise your right hand and your left leg while you exhale. Return to the starting position in a smooth movement while you inhale. Then do it with the other leg and hand.

TIPS: You can perform the exercise raising the chest off the floor.
