PLANK ON FITBALL HANDS OVERHEAD

STARTING POSITION:

Find a fitball and lie on it, the fitball should be around your stomach height. Extend your legs straight out behind you and place your feet on the floor. Place your arms extended in front of you. Contract your pelvic floor and core while keeping your chest up.

MOVEMENT:

Hold the position during the required time.

TIPS: Keep the head facing the floor.
