PECTORAL STRETCH ON DOOR

Estiramiento pectoral con brazos en cruz y apoyados

STARTING POSITION:

Stand straight in front of a door with your feet shoulder width apart. Place your forearms on the door frames. Your elbows should be slightly higher than your shoulders.

MOVEMENT:

Slowly move your body forward until you feel the stretch in your pectoral muscles. Don't arch the spine during the movement. Maintain the stretch during the required time.

TIPS: You should feel the stretch of the muscles but not pain.
