PECTORAL AND SHOULDER STRETCH WITH FOREHEAD ON THE MAT

STARTING POSITION:

Get on your knees and entwine your fingers behind your back. Place your forehead on the mat in front of you.

MOVEMENT:

Fully extend your elbows and move your hands forward until you feel the stretch in your pectorals and biceps. Hold the position during the required time.

TIPS: You should feel the stretch of the muscles but not pain.
